“Rachel is a good listener and very patient… She clearly guided me through the process, cleared my chaotic thoughts and released my real emotions… What she gave me was not a one-time method but I can use them anytime I feel like I want to. Without her, I think that I am still stuck in the problem and make my life stagnant. I am grateful to have the chance to know my very first life Coach, Rachel, and process coaching sessions with her.”
